01How much do you pay?
We pay per kilo. Current prices and updates are always on the Reearnify app and our WhatsApp channel. Check before you sell, and the final amount depends on the weight on our scale at your stall.
02How do I sell before the app is out?
Join the waitlist and tick "I have material ready now". Our team will ring you, agree a day, and send a driver to your stall, so you do not have to wait for the app.
03Is there a minimum quantity?
Yes. The minimum is 50 kilograms per pickup today, and that figure changes as our routes change. Current prices and updates are always on the Reearnify app and our WhatsApp channel. Check there before you book so you know the minimum for the day.
04When and how do I get paid?
On the spot, at your stall, the same visit. Most sellers take a bank transfer, which we send while the driver is still with you, and we can pay cash in hand instead if that is what you prefer. Nothing is owed to you after the driver leaves.
05Which areas do you cover?
Reearnify is built to run in any city. Ibadan is the first one switched on, and we collect from markets right across it, including Bodija, Oja Oba, Gbagi, Aleshinloye, Dugbe, Agbeni, Beere, Oje and more. Put your market on the waitlist and we will confirm that we reach you, and tell you when your city opens.
06How should I prepare my cartons?
Flatten them, stack them and keep them dry and off the ground. Tape and staples are fine. Cartons soaked in food, oil or water cannot be accepted. When you book, take a photo of the pile with today’s date written on one of the cartons.
07Why do you ask for a photo with today’s date?
It is how we confirm the pile is real and still at your stall on the day you book, so the driver is not sent to a heap that was already sold. Write the date on any one carton in the photo, and that is all we need.
08Do you take plastics, metals or glass yet?
Not yet. We are starting with cartons and cardboard. Put the material you have on the waitlist, and every new material we start buying is announced first in the app and on our WhatsApp channel.
09Can I work as a driver or collector?
Yes. We are hiring collectors and drivers in every city we open, not only Ibadan. Email partners@reearnify.com with your name, your city and your experience and someone will get back to you. Applications are by email only, so our phone line stays free for sellers.
